Fine Dining with Joe Fallowfield Celebrity Chef
Our first Guest Chef event – Joe Fallowfield who represented the South-West in this year’s Great British Menu and appears as regular celebrity chef at our local food festivals.
Joe Fallowfield hails from Porthlevan, and is head chef at 3 AA Rosette restaurant, Fallowfields in the Housel Bay Hotel, near the Lizard. Joe is passionate about working with the best ingredients Cornwall has to offer, from the sea and land. He also takes great inspiration from Asian flavours and uses them alongside local produce to create his menu.
Joe gained his experience working for some of the best chefs in the South West, including Stewart Eddy at The Square, Jude Kereama at Kota and Simon Hulstone at The Elephant in Torquay.
He has appeared on television on both Great British Menu and Masterchef so apart from cooking us a fabulous meals he will share some of his experiences with us including his relationship with Michael Caines!

The menu is:
“Let them eat cake” (apricot brioche & canapés)
Cadgwith crab – fennel – chive mayonnaise – sea herbs
Wild venison – fig – chicory – walnut – truffle – cavalo nero
Raw honey pannacotta – apricot – honey cake – sauternes
Petit fours
A vegetarian option will be available and there will also be a Wine Flight chosen by Constantine Stores and a special whisky to end the meal. More details to follow.
