A proper Cornish meal to Celebrate St Piran’s Day
Supreme of chicken or hake served with Proper Cornish Raw Fry  (raw fry is a bit like hash it is made of potato, swede, onion and ham hock), this would be accompanied by mixed green vegetables
Cornish Junket – Junket infused with nutmeg, saffron and rosewater with fruit compote and clotted cream
